Overview

Update to comply with the new Third Edition of the Certified Role-Playing Game Professional (CRPGP) certifications and diploma training programs.

Migrating away from the more college-like model towards a more Trades/Blue-Collar style incorporating tiers of Trainee, Apprenticeship, Jouneyman, and Mastery.

Breaking up the chapters that were still considered "too dense" based on additional peer review and trainee feedback from the past few years (our never-ending peer review and evidence-in-practice iterative model). Smaller bite-size chunks per chapter for those chapters that were showing people were definitely struggling to grok all the information. The aggregate test scores clearly showed which chapters have too much of a "firehose of information" still, versus those that were manageable. Remember, the certification final exams require a 90% or higher to pass, so candidates really need to have clear master of the information in order to pass. We will not lower the standards (by lowering the passing score requirement of 90%) like other tests and organization, instead we keep improving the training and resource materials to get people the proper holistic comprehension in depth and understanding that they can actually illustrate competence consistently and not allow "pump and dump" approaches. This material needs to stick for a long time to build upon prior learning.
